Intro to Digital Manufacturing with Autodesk Fusion 360

The course begins by exploring the future of manufacturing and innovation, providing an overview of the course and the Fusion 360 user interface. Students will delve into trends in manufacturing, digital manufacturing introduction, CAD/CAM overview, and manufacturing processes. The module also includes quizzes, discussions, and learning resources to enrich the learning experience.

In this module, participants will focus on design innovation practices, with an emphasis on sustainable design. The topics covered include whole systems lifecycle, lightweighting, green materials, product lifetime, a sustainability workshop, and a challenge assignment.
