Course Intro. Translating Strategy Into Goals and Metrics

Module 1 delves into translating strategy into goals and metrics, providing insights into performance management systems, balanced scorecards, and OKRs. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of creating objectives and measures to guide strategy implementation.

Aligning Strategy and Organizational Structure

Module 2 focuses on aligning strategy and organizational structure, exploring mechanistic and organic structures, as well as functional, divisional, matrix, and network structures. This module equips you with the knowledge to choose the right business unit structure based on strategic objectives.

Communicating the Strategy within the Organization

Module 3 addresses the critical aspect of communicating the strategy within the organization. It covers tools for upward and horizontal communication, as well as strategies for making the organization comfortable with sharing bad news and fostering organizational learning.

Managing Resistance and Other Implementation Risks
