In this 2-hour project-based course, you will dive into creating a space shooter game using Scratch Studio. You will start by familiarizing yourself with the user interface of Scratch Studio, learning how to add game objects, graphics, and sounds. Then, you will explore how to handle keyboard input and move game objects, as well as how to program, move, collide, and clone game objects. Additionally, you will understand how to create variables to track the game elements.
Throughout the course, you will gain hands-on experience in configuring sound and visual effects for game objects, as well as communicating messages between different game elements.
