Participants will learn common data exploration techniques and how to analyze large datasets with BigQuery. The module also covers query basics, functions, and enriching queries with UNIONs and JOINs. The labs provide hands-on experience in exploring and troubleshooting data using SQL in Google BigQuery.

The focus of this module is on principles of dataset integrity, cleaning, and transforming data using SQL. Learners will also explore alternative options for cleaning and transforming data, ensuring data accuracy and quality for analysis.

This module covers the differences between permanent and temporary data tables, and how to ingest new datasets and utilize external data sources. Participants will engage in labs to create, ingest, and query new datasets, gaining practical experience in managing data in BigQuery.

Participants will explore data visualization principles and tools like Connected Sheets and Looker Studio to visualize data insights from BigQuery. Common data visualization pitfalls and the analysis in a notebook are also covered, with hands-on labs to reinforce learning.

This module introduces Dataform, focusing on its purpose, getting started, and a demo to showcase its capabilities. The lab provides an opportunity to create and execute a SQL workflow in Dataform, enabling learners to develop scalable data transformation pipelines in BigQuery.

This concluding module offers a summary of the course, ensuring participants have a clear understanding of the key concepts and skills they have acquired throughout the learning journey.
