This specialization consists of three comprehensive modules designed to equip participants with the skills to install, manage, secure, scale, and upgrade the Apigee API Platform for Private Cloud.
Identify the purpose and value of Apigee API Platform and gain a detailed understanding of its architecture and recommended practices for topology design. Participants will also become familiar with Apigee terminology and logical organizational structures and practice the installation process.
Participants will discuss platform and infrastructure operations capabilities and recommended practices, including the role of the Apigee management API. They will also gain an understanding of the API deployment process, secure API traffic to the platform, configure TLS critical path components and user-facing interfaces, and explore the upgrade and rollback process for Apigee for private cloud.
Participants will describe recommended practices for capacity planning and learn to add and remove components to and from the private cloud installation. They will also discuss recommended practices for monitoring and how to monitor individual platform components, failure scenarios, and troubleshooting practices, as well as understand the Apigee support model.
