Logging and Monitoring in GC - Português Brasileiro

Module 1 provides an introduction to the course, offering an overview and setting the foundation for the subsequent modules. Participants will gain insight into the course structure and expectations.

Module 2 focuses on the introduction to the Google Cloud operations package. It covers the necessity of observability, Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, error reporting, and performance management tools. Participants will also engage in a test related to Google Cloud monitoring.

Module 3 explores monitoring essential systems, including cloud monitoring panorama, architecture patterns, multi-project monitoring, data model, and panels. Participants will delve into metrics querying, uptime checks, and engage in a hands-on lab for monitoring multiple projects and creating panels in a single workspace.

Module 4 delves into alert policies, covering SLI, SLO, SLA, alert strategy development, alert creation, service monitoring, and related testing. Participants will engage in labs focused on Google Cloud alerts and service monitoring.

Module 5 focuses on advanced log generation and analysis, covering Cloud Logging architecture, log types and collection, storage and export, querying and displaying logs, and using metrics based on logs. A hands-on lab for log data analysis is also included.

Module 6 explores working with audit logs, including cloud audit logs, data access audit logs, log entry format, and best practices. Participants will engage in a lab focused on audit logs.

Module 7 provides a summary of the course, offering a comprehensive review of the key concepts and takeaways from the entire course.
