CAPSTONE: Your Leadership Challenge
Course Modules

The course comprises six modules focusing on applying leadership skills, exploring holistic perception, disjunctive analysis, relational assimilation, decentering, and building sense for your challenge through peer assessments and discussions.

CAPSTONE: Introduction to the Capstone - Holistic Perception

Throughout this module, you will apply your savoir-relier leadership skills to address a personal leadership challenge. The module includes activities to explore holistic perception, make a personal practice quiz, and engage in discussions about holistic perception and personal challenges.

CAPSTONE: Disjunctive Analysis

This module focuses on disjunctive analysis, where you will analyze data with scrutiny, engage in peer assessments, and discuss disjunctive analysis in the context of your personal challenge.

CAPSTONE: Relational Assimilation

Here, you will work on relational assimilation, making sense of the situation in the context of your personal challenge. The module involves peer assessments and discussions about relational assimilation and personal challenges.

CAPSTONE: Decentering

The projection phase of the course involves decentering the problem. You will learn about the "what if" technique, engage in peer assessments, and discuss decentering in the context of your personal challenge.

CAPSTONE: Building Sense - part 1

In this module, you will focus on building sense for your challenge, which includes communication in action and peer assessments. The module culminates in discussions about building sense and personal challenges.

CAPSTONE: Building Sense - part 2 (video pitch)

The final module guides you on how to create an effective video pitch for your leadership challenge. You will also learn how to move forward as a savoir-relier leader and engage in a leadership video pitch for your personal challenge.
