Course Modules

This course is divided into six modules, covering topics such as Metal-Semiconductor Contact, MOSFETs, CMOS logic, Memory, Optoelectronic Devices, MESFETs, and Bipolar Junction Transistors.

Week 1

The first module focuses on Metal-Semiconductor Contact, encompassing Schottky Contacts, Schottky Barriers & Ohmic Contacts, and Metal-Semiconductor Contact. This module provides a total of 60 minutes of comprehensive content.

Week 2

Module two delves into Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor(MOS) Capacitor, including MOS Band Diagram, Threshold Voltage, Realistic Threshold Voltage, and MOS Field Effect Transistor (MOSFETs). This module offers 60 minutes of in-depth learning.

Week 3

The third module covers Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field Effect Transistors (MOSFETs), MOSFET IV Equation, Mobility Calculation, Short/Long Channel MOSFET, MOSFET Band Diagram & Operation Mechanism, and n-MOSFET Band Diagram. It provides a total of 60 minutes of instructional content.

Week 4

Module four explores p-MOSFET (PMOS), CMOS, and Memory and Optoelectronic Devices, offering 30 minutes of detailed instruction.

Week 5

The fifth module delves into DRAM & RRAM, Flash Memory, Active Matrix Organic LED (AMOLED), MESFETs, BJTs, and Modern MOSFET, providing 30 minutes of comprehensive learning.

Week 6

The final module encompasses GaAs Metal-Semiconductor Field Effect Transistors (MESFETs), Bipolar Junction Transistors (BJTs), and Short Channel Effects, providing 30 minutes of rich instructional content.
