In this specialization, you will learn essential leadership skills, including how to inspire and motivate individuals, manage talent, influence without authority, and lead teams. In this specialization, you will not only learn from Michigan faculty. This course is completely online, so there’s no need to show up to a classroom in person. You can access your lectures, readings and assignments anytime and anywhere via the web or your mobile device.
Customer relationship management, or CRM, is all about managing your relationships with customers in an effort to streamline sales, marketing efforts, customer service, and more. HubSpot provides CRM software for you to use and you learn more about CRM in these courses.
No. Whether you take the exams or not is up to you! The first two courses in the program, Sales Enablement and Inbound Sales, include links to take the free, optional certification exams on the HubSpot platform. The only requirement for these exams is the creation of a free HubSpot Academy account, and the course material includes instructions on how to do so.
Yes! You can take the exams and receive the certifications for free when you pass the exam. All that’s required is the creation of an (also free!) HubSpot Academy account.
While it is not required to complete the course to take the certification exams in the first two courses, we recommend that you do! Everything you learn in the corresponding course will prepare you for the exam. However, the HubSpot exams are a separate entity and their exams can be taken at any time with a HubSpot Academy account.

Yes. In select learning programs, you can apply for financial aid or a scholarship if you can’t afford the enrollment fee. If fin aid or scholarship is available for your learning program selection, you’ll find a link to apply on the description page.
When you enroll in the course, you get access to all of the courses in the Specialization, and you earn a certificate when you complete the work. If you only want to read and view the course content, you can audit the course for free. If you cannot afford the fee, you can apply for financial aid.
