Business Innovation and Digital Disruption

In this specialization, participants will master the basics of design thinking and its application to business development and innovation. The course covers the fundamentals of marketing and how to reposition brands, as well as the impact of digital disruption on organizations. Recognize different types of innovation and explore the interplay between technology and innovation. Apply modern tools to summarize the main elements of the concept of business plans and their function.

Leveraging Design Methods to Identify Business Opportunities

Understand the importance of design and the expanding role of design. Analyze how design frameworks can help find opportunities and frame problem statements. Assess opportunities, experiences, and the use of a canvas.

Using Design to Generate Innovative Business Solutions

Examine design thinking methodologies and essentials. Choose a business model to maximize opportunity and manage shifts. Develop solutions to design challenges and problems.

Storytelling / Re-brand your Brand

Understand the concept of storytelling and its applicability to organizations and personal brands. Acquire tools to create brand narratives using both traditional and new media communication channels. Develop the ability to analyze narrative strategies in various fields and genres, and apply storytelling techniques to real-world projects.
