This specialized program on Innovation and Entrepreneurship is designed for leaders seeking to develop innovation and entrepreneurship projects for startups, corporations, and family businesses. Through 4 courses, participants will learn to apply startup strategies and tools to innovate and generate value in their company and markets. Get Started / More InfoThis specialized program includes four modules. Participants will first develop an entrepreneurial mindset, followed by learning about organizational innovation and creativity, the design and innovation of business models, and finally, corporate entrepreneurship.
In the "Entrepreneurial Mindset" module, participants will gain insights into the strategies, tools, and basic concepts that entrepreneurs use to undertake market innovations and scale their ventures, generating value and disruption in many markets. They will understand how to validate problems and solutions, product acceptance in the market, and scaling ventures.
The "Organizational Innovation and Creativity" module focuses on the innovation process, presenting methodologies for problem solving and innovation. Participants will be encouraged to synthesize existing ideas, embrace ambiguity, and support divergent thinking and risk taking. They will also learn to become an effective innovation team leader and apply innovation skills to develop and launch new products and services.
The "Design and Innovation of Business Model" module strengthens skills in intuition and visual thinking, while applying quantitative methods. Participants will learn about observation, organization of complexity, the concept of white space, and storytelling and establishing contact. The focus is on developing business model design and innovation skills.
The "Corporate Entrepreneurship" module explains the main concepts of corporate entrepreneurship and introduces topics of "Entrepreneurial Culture" aimed at developing competencies for the organic growth of the company or the development of the organization.
