Strategic Innovation: Building and Sustaining Innovative Organizations

Innovation strategy is about creating unique value for consumers by delivering a great product that satisfies their needs. This course introduces fundamental strategy concepts and tools for managing technological innovations for competitive advantage. It explores the sources of technological change, mechanisms for extracting value from technologies, and the fundamentals of technology strategy through readings and case studies.

Strategic Innovation: Managing Innovation Initiatives

This course helps develop a perspective on managing innovation, addressing challenges in implementing innovation efforts within established firms and managing innovation with disruptive technologies. It covers leadership of new product development teams, planning and evaluation of innovation initiatives, and management of innovation across organizational boundaries.

Creativity Toolkit I: Changing Perspectives

This course examines the creative process and how to change perspectives to see new possibilities and solutions. It teaches concrete steps to enable learners to identify and generate opportunities for creativity, sustain progress, and lead a supportive culture for creativity.

Creativity Toolkit II: Creative Collaboration
