Define Product Vision with User Experience Maps in Miro is a comprehensive project that equips learners with the skills to define product vision using user experience maps. Throughout the course, participants will gain an understanding of the purpose of defining product vision and the fundamentals of UI/UX design. The course also focuses on visualizing the user journey and the user experience at product touchpoints. By leveraging design thinking, user interface (UI) knowledge, and context from the user’s experience, participants will create a visualization that accurately documents the user experience (UX) using the Miro online visual collaboration platform.

Key learning objectives include:

• Understanding the purpose of defining product vision and the fundamentals of UI/UX design
• Visualizing the user journey and the user experience at product touchpoints
• Understanding the templates and tools available and installing a sharable board in Miro

This project is designed to be completed in under 2 hours, providing a practical and immersive learning experience for learners based in North America. However, efforts are underway to extend this experience to other regions.
