This specialization consists of four courses. The first focuses on negotiation fundamentals, the second on international and cross-cultural negotiation, the third on mediation and conflict resolution, and the last is a capstone project providing practical application of knowledge and skills.

Negotiation Fundamentals

This course provides access to practical negotiation tools and best practices, guiding participants through innovative and proven approaches to achieve high-impact and sustainable negotiations at all levels. It covers topics such as preparing for negotiations, creating value-creating partnerships, and overcoming deadlocks, emphasizing the importance of fair, long-term partnerships.

International and Cross-Cultural Negotiation

The course also offers insights into different national and regional negotiation styles and examines negotiation in multicultural settings, highlighting the importance of well-designed negotiation processes for efficiency and fairness.

Mediation and Conflict Resolution

The capstone project enables participants to apply their knowledge and skills in negotiation and mediation to analyze real-life negotiations, engage in negotiation exercises, and act as a mediator in simulated scenarios.
