Discover common UX research methods, develop empathy for users, and define user needs and pain points. Generate problem statements to address user needs and ideate potential solutions for user problems.
Create storyboards to present ideas regarding user needs, design wireframes both on paper and digitally using the Figma design tool, and build low-fidelity prototypes. Gain proficiency in designing low-fidelity prototypes using Figma.
Plan and conduct moderate and non-moderate usability studies, synthesize research observations, and share research methodology and insights using persuasive presentation skills. Modify low-fidelity designs based on research insights.
