Introduction to project execution

Module 1 provides insights into the importance of project tracking, different tracking methods, managing risks and changes, and effective communication within the team. Learners will also explore project status reports, risk management tools, and escalation techniques.

Quality management and continuous improvement

Module 2 focuses on quality management concepts, customer satisfaction measurement, continuous improvement, process improvement, and the steps of a retrospective. It also covers user acceptance testing and provides a retrospective template.

Data-informed decision-making

Module 3 delves into data-informed decision-making, including the value of data, data analysis, data visualization, and effective presentation techniques. Learners will also engage in activities to prioritize and analyze data and create presentations.

Leadership and influencing skills

Module 4 emphasizes leadership and influencing skills, team development, managing team dynamics, ethical leadership, and effective influencing. It also provides insights into teamwork and ethical decision-making frameworks.

Effective project communication

Module 5 covers effective project communication through different communication tools, organizing meetings, and principles of effective email writing. It also includes activities to plan a meeting and identify types of project meetings.
