Module 4 emphasizes leadership and influencing skills, team development, managing team dynamics, ethical leadership, and effective influencing. It also provides insights into teamwork and ethical decision-making frameworks.

Module 5 covers effective project communication through different communication tools, organizing meetings, and principles of effective email writing. It also includes activities to plan a meeting and identify types of project meetings.

Module 6 explores the importance of project closure, the closing process for clients, stakeholders, the team, and the project manager. It also provides a case study and activities to create a project closeout report and understand the closing process.
