This course is divided into four modules, each providing comprehensive insights into user-centered design, translating designs into solutions, external-facing services and platform design, and making the business case and the pitch.

Module 1 - User-Centered Design

This module focuses on the design of external-facing services and platform design, covering software applications, designing services, platforming for products, systems, and services, and assessing modularity, scalability, and innovation in IoT systems. Participants will also complete a quiz and a milestone related to platform design.

The final module encompasses making the business case and the pitch, providing insights into OPEX, CAPEX, CAGR, digital business process transformation, and financial drivers for a business.
