Topic 2. Mega Trends and Entrepreneurship

The second module delves into mega trends and entrepreneurship, providing an introduction to innovation and entrepreneurship and their relevance to family offices. Participants will explore the impact of mega trends and engage in a peer-assessed individual project to apply their understanding.

Topic 3. Ideation and Market Validation

The third module focuses on ideation and market validation, guiding participants through the SCAMPER method for ideation and providing tools and guidelines for preparing ideation sessions. This module equips learners with the skills to validate their ideas effectively in the market.

Topic 4. Value Proposition

In the fourth module, participants will explore opportunity recognition and the business model, gaining a comprehensive understanding of value proposition in the family business context. They will engage in individual practice with peer evaluation to refine their value propositions.

Topic 5. Business Pitch (Family and Non-Family Investors)
