Course Orientation

Welcome to the course and meet the instructor for an overview of the material. Get familiar with the syllabus, online education at Gies College of Business, and the orientation quiz.

MODULE 1: Managing Innovation

Explore the challenges in the evolution of new technologies and markets, success and failure in growing and changing markets, and the concept of ambidextrous organizations. Gain insights into leading ambidextrous organizations and complete the module quiz and practice quizzes.

MODULE 2: Understanding & Responding to Different Types of Innovations

Understand disruptive technologies, responding to them, effective management of innovation streams, and corporate entrepreneurship. Engage with practice quizzes and an assignment on understanding and responding to different types of innovations.

Module 3: Teams and Innovation
