This course comprises six modules covering globalisation, diversities, developing cultural intelligence, applying and leveraging CQ, global citizenship challenges, and fostering a global mindset and competence.

Globalisation of people

Module 1: This module introduces the globalisation of people, exploring the impact of globalisation on business and individuals. Participants will delve into the drivers of global migration and the concept of the "Global Village," gaining a foundational understanding of the course's key themes.

Affinities and diversities

Module 2: Participants will rethink the concept of diversity and explore the concept of affinity, focusing on shared values. They will also delve into the notion of "cultural capital," gaining insight into the various cultural aspects that influence interactions in a globalized world.

Developing Cultural Intelligence (CQ): Improving self

Module 3: This module focuses on developing cultural intelligence, with an emphasis on improving self-awareness. Participants will discover their own cultural intelligence, understand multidimensional cultural values, and learn to apply their cultural intelligence at work.

Applying and leveraging CQ: Leading others
