Creative Problem Solving: Using Design as a Toolkit

This module introduces participants to creative problem solving using design as a toolkit. It covers the constant need for design and redesign, the responsibility of designers, the art versus the science of design, and the importance of design in a changing world. Participants will also delve into the Four C's and the role of design in innovation.

Calling Skilled Practitioners: The Need as Opportunity Space Grows

Module 2 delves into the need for skilled practitioners as the opportunity space grows in emerging markets. Participants will explore case studies of design expansion, challenges in design, empathy, and excellence, along with various design methodologies available in the market.

Unpacking the Double Diamond Method

This module focuses on unpacking the Double Diamond method, covering its discovery, definition, development, and delivery phases. Participants will learn how to think about design through the Double Diamond and its application in problem-solving scenarios.

Validating an Opportunity

The final module revolves around validating an opportunity, emphasizing risk, value, and the portfolio selection process. Participants will explore the lean canvas, market size assessment, and the purpose of a canvas in testing thinking and crafting distinctive experiences.
