Course Modules

Our World and How to Accept It consists of five modules that cover a range of topics including benchmark setting, assessment and audits, inclusive recruiting measures, retention strategies, the effectiveness of DEI training and workshops, and guidance for future actions.

Moving Beyond Yourself to Accept Others

The first module, "Moving Beyond Yourself to Accept Others," focuses on benchmark setting, assessment, identifying biases, and conducting DEI audits. Participants will also engage in a diversity and inclusion self-assessment of regulated entities and learn how to build a better workplace by exposing blind spots.

Inclusive Recruiting Measures

The second module, "Inclusive Recruiting Measures," delves into inclusive job descriptions, equitable interviews, addressing negotiation biases, and designing new employee onboarding to be more inclusive.
