The third module, "Why Do They Leave?" explores retention strategies and analyzes the reasons behind employee departures, providing valuable insights for organizations seeking to create inclusive and supportive environments.

The fourth module, "Do DEI Training and Workshops Work?" critically evaluates the effectiveness of DEI training and workshops, offering insights into their impact and potential areas for improvement.

The fifth module, "Where to Go from Here," provides guidance on future actions, offering a roadmap for organizations to continue their DEI initiatives and further advance their diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
