This course comprises five modules covering alternative HRM approaches, hiring and onboarding, managing employee performance, compensation management, and a capstone project to apply HRM principles to real-world workplace challenges.

Preparing to Manage Human Resources

Recruiting, Hiring, and Onboarding Employees

This module provides an introduction to recruitment, selection, and onboarding, emphasizing the importance of linking recruitment goals with overall company strategy. It covers various recruitment options, talent acquisition issues, and onboarding practices to promote employee commitment and engagement.

Managing Employee Performance

Explore the skills and processes needed to develop employees to attain organizational goals, including setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and delivering effective performance appraisals. This module equips managers with the tools to maximize employee potential.

Managing Employee Compensation
